Use Firefox!
The Mozilla Firefox web browser is a free alternative to Microsoft’s popular Internet Explorer. This piece of software has been growing in popularity for several years and has evolved into A+ material. The Mozilla developer community has worked tireless hours to put together a world class web browser providing the best in functionality, speed, and security.
How many times has your computer been infected with malware while you thought you were just harmlessly browsing the internet? Internet Explorer 6 is notorious for being an “open door” in which bad guys can easily infect your system just by going to their website. Although Internet Explorer 7 is better, it is far from perfect. In my opinion, Mozilla’s Firefox takes top marks for security. It allows you to browse the web with confidence; you’re not just another sitting duck for cyber intruders. The download is a very modestly sized 7 megabytes. The installation is simple and intuitive. During the setup, you can easily import all of your favourites from Internet Explorer into Firefox. Firefox refers to your “favourites” as “bookmarks”. Once the setup has completed, you are literally ready for action. Enjoy!
TIP: If your eyesight is not what it used to be, there is an excellent feature built right into Firefox which allows you to zoom in / out on the website you are viewing. To zoom in, hold down the CTRL key and simultaneously press the + key. Similarity, to zoom out, hold down the CTRL key and simultaneously press the - key.

Hi Armen,
The goal of this post is to simply enlighten the computer beginner about alternative web browsers. While the experienced user is familiar with Firefox, a novice may have never even heard of it.
